GME Sponsor
Doc1 Health Medical Education is a sponsoring organization of Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs achieving ACGME accreditation. Being an accredited organization allows Doc1 to partner with health systems, hospitals and federally qualified health centers to create new physician training programs.
Education Advisory Board
In addition to sponsoring physician residency training programs Doc1 can advise or manage existing GME programs for organizations to ensure ACGME compliance, educational excellence and improve the financial aspects of programs, through grants, improvement of budgeting and maximizing CME reimbursement.
Mid-Level Healthcare Programs
Doc1 also creates and develops pipeline and training programs for Physician Associate and Nurse Practitioners. Expansion of physicians and all medical providers can help support the growth, quality and financial goals of organizations.
Physician Retention
Two major factors determine where most physicians practice. The first being where they are from. The second is where they have trained. Doc1 has the ability to identify medical students from community or region, create student rotations within an organization, develop physician residency training programs and help establish scholarships. Using this four prong strategy pipelines should yield a retention rate of 80-90% a community or region.
